Appointments and Cancelations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in service cancellation or rescheduling with applicable fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit (if applicable).
Payments
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and other payment methods as listed at the salon. Prices for our services and products are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. All sales of services and products are final. Refunds are provided only in cases of confirmed booking errors or other approved circumstances.
Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Promotions may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise. UlianaBeauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing their technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.
We maintain a clean and sanitized environment in compliance with California health and safety regulations.
If a client exhibits contagious conditions (such as fungal infections or open wounds), service may be respectfully declined for health reasons.
Accessability
Our salon is located on the second floor and is not currently wheelchair accessible. We sincerely apologize for this limitation and are committed to assisting clients in any way possible. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodations.
